Use this thread to tell us about the game you are playing. GMs tell us what you've done so far. Players, tell us about your characters. Yes. I am asking about your "bullshit homebrew"

Right now my schedule is somewhat hectic so things are unfortunately a little less then regular but...
Home Group: D&D 5e: Dark Sun Campaign - Most often once a week, the day is fluid between friends with up and down schedules. RunnerHub - Shadowrun: Whenever I can, haven't been able to play in over a month though! I play Vendetta Violent on there. Geek the Mage - Shadowrun: Recently joined the cast of the Geek the Mage Podcast and will be doing character generation for that on the 22nd of this month!

I'll have to check out Geek the Mage. It's pretty much the opposite of what you guys are doing, story wise. Street level stuff in Neo Tokyo. They've had some trouble holding onto a stable group which has hurt it and stopped it from growing, unfortunately. It's a pretty high quality let's play though and I'm very happy to be joining it. We'll see how it goes!

Very nice! I'll have to check out Geek the Mage. Street level stuff in Neo Tokyo. That sounds awesome. My next SR campaign will definitely be street level.

Right now, my schedule has been horribly trimmed down, but basically...
Wednesday/Thursday (whenever we can): Pathfinder via Google Hangouts. GM: Jesse (me). Players: John (LoTT), Dave (rockthegolem), Al, and Besse. Basically they're traveling the planes, attempting to realign the Material/Prime plane with the rest of the axis (I use the D&D 4e cosmology, because the story continues from a 3.5e campaign and suddenly switching to PF would be weird).

I'm not playing as much as I used to, ironically enough.
Pathfinder with the Dragon Fisters crew on Wednesday/Thursdays. Also playing Star Frontiers with Oscar Rios on Thursdays.
I've since cancelled my home campaign for lack of time. It was a D&D 4th Ed. sandbox game. Other then that just pick up games for the website

Plane spanning adventures is not something we've done a lot. Not that we don't like them, just dealt with very terrestrial foes and plots.

Ditto. Up until now we've been in small areas of a single continent mostly. This current online campaign though started having then explore the entire continent, and then I was stupid enough to throw them into the Axis.

Running Victoriana right now. First foray as a GM, and it's been... well it's been good, but I have a gracious group.
Had a couple first time players, too, so I worked with everyone individually to make their PCs. Worked out okay, but then I had to figure out how to sew together:
1) Esmerelda - an Eldren (elf) doctor with psychic visions and an imaginary friend 2) Smitty - a somewhat disgruntled dwarf (is there any other kind?) engineer and 3) Clara - a fox-lady ex-spy that fled the french revolution and is getting by as a grifter.
Just finished up our first adventure. They all found common ground at "Barnes' Books" - whose titular proprietor is an illiterate ogre, who loves books all the same and fancies himself a proper gentleman. The action focused around the Eldren, as this was her first ever experience with tabletop RPGs.
The plot, in summary: Esmerelda's mentor/doctoral father has gone suddenly missing. A psychic vision revealed that he had recently been accosted by knife-wielding thugs (a gnome and a human midget) who stole a wooden box he was carrying.
As their was no sign of the good doctor, the PCs decided to track down the box to see if it would give clues as to the where/why of his disappearance. After some signficant legwork and a scuffle on the streets of the seedier part of town, the adventure culminated into a heist to steal the box from the lab of a nefarious rival to the missing doctor.
Next story arc the PCs are going to have to repossess an airship so that the dwarf can pay off his clockwork arm - which will be deactivated by the loanshark hiring them to ensure the job gets done.
