Nimm tilts his head at Chorda remark then replies back to Fritz, "As you say you don't know us. You aren't connected to us, so do you have something big and dangerous that will earn us a lot of credits? Even if we fail, it would have nothing to do with you correct?"

Fritz grins a huge shit eating grin. "You were trained good. I think I have just the thing." He looks around the room a bit and then a little quieter, "Rumor has it Kal'Shebbol Transport just made a pretty big breakthrough on repulsorlift technology and there is a working prototype at their engineering lab in town. The Empire is swarming on that like flies to Bantha fodder and there are other parties that would not only pay for that tech, but pay for the Empire not to have it. Catch my drift? There ain't a lot of time though. Once it's in the hands of the powers that be, it may as well have never existed outside of the folks mowed down by some new speeder bike or tank. If you wanna take a chance, I'd make sure you're taken care of. If someone makes you though, we never met."
He sits back, sips his drink and raises an eyebrow inquisitively.

Nimm listens careful as Fritz speaks before he replies, "I think we will need a few minutes to decide, but our choices are limited. The others may have questions as well. As for me, I don't need to be taken care of, I need credits. If we do this, we will need as much information as possible, building blueprints of the lab and any buildings close by. City plans in case there are tunnels or the like below. He thinks for a moment, "Tools and other supplies, so we will need your help with that as well. Also there will need to be some system of how the exchange will take place if we are able to get this prototype. Is there a place we can meet to talk over the details with you or a contact and what things we will need?"

"Listen hear you furry mutt, you come into my club askin' for work and I don't owe you nothin'. You wanna collect dues from members who are squelchin', so be it. I'll give you the addresses and a few creds per place. But you want a big score, that's on you. Figure it out. I'm not your momma or your friend." He stands up abruptly and walks out a door near the back. A few of his larger comrades file out behind him while the other hang around his exit point. |

Chorda stands up quickly and puts his hands out. His head's lifted slightly so that Fritz can see him underneath his brim. Attempting to talk loudly enough to get Fritz' attention, "Skak, skak, skak. This companion of me is only eager. All we need is in our pockets. I am sure all us can get the plan done just proper." He pats his pack and gives a nod to Nimm and Pixis.

Chorda looks at Nimm and bats his eyes, making mocking kissy faces. "Skee. Avaro." Then changing to a look of disgust, "Oaff. Us might need to make job on only some info. Thinkings?" Chorda directs this last bit towards Daydream and Pixis mostly.

Nimm says both to his companions and the retreating Fritz if he is still close enough to hear, "I apologize, if I offended. I assumed that if we are able to get this thing, that Mr. Fritz will be able to sell it for many many credits. Therefor it seemed to me to be in his best interest to increase our chances as much as reasonably possible in the small time frame that exists."

Brusque comes out from the dark and puts a cold, awkward hand on Nimm. He tries to be comforting, but does not pull it off. "Nimm, beings like Fritz don't care about anyone. They just want results. I say the item he's looking for we should take from underneath him. He doesn't deserve it."

"Alright calm down, calm down. We need to come up with a plan. Fritz said the place is swarming with Imps so we can't just go in blaster blazing. I say we go down there and take a look around and see what's what. Like Brusque says we don't really need Fritz anymore But we don't want to piss him off either. He can still be useful."

It isn't hard to get directions to Kal'Shebbol, being one of the largest local companies. The main operation is located in a Technology Park, much like a large campus where a plethora of companies set up shop. The area is busy and sprawling. Most of the people look like engineers our professionals rather than blue collar workers.
The Kal'Shebbol building is not new by any means but well maintained. It seems like there are a handful of sections to the building, either additions or new buildings connected by corridors. There isn't a fence or barrier around the property. There is a main entrance with a standard set of doors, while secondary entrances look like security doors with camera coverage.
What else would you like to know/do?
